The action of Takbeer in Salah

Question

AssalamAlaikum

Kindly clarify how and when the action of Takbeer is required in Salaat and when and how.

I have found conflicting advice and would be grateful to follow Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, as he taught.

Answer

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu 'alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

We do not know which Takbir you are inquiring about. Are you inquiring about Takbeer­-Tahreemah or the Takbeer for Ruku and Sajda? Please elaborate.
