Constantly experiencing doubts (Waswasa) during Wudhu
Question
My question is whenever i go to make wudu i always feel after wudu that my wudu is going to break.... I am very tensed due to it.... Because i am not praying with khushu and khuzu..... Even after listening that it is wasawis and all.... Still i am not able to pray with khushu and khuzu.... Please do tell me something by which i will get the click of khushu and khuzu.... Allah is the ultimate helper but he has kept the sources for it.... May Allah reward you.

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu 'alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
We gauge from your query that you constantly experience doubts (Waswasa) about Taharah (purity) to the extent that it is affecting your life and creating difficulty for yourself. We sympathize with your condition. May Almighty Allah grant you complete Shifa. Aameen.
If you are not certain of your Wudhu breaking, then your wudhu will be intact. You should also avoid entertaining doubts and feelings. Regard your wudhu to be intact until you are certain of breaking it.
The simple solution is to follow the rules of performing Wudhu and Salah. If you have followed the rules, then that is sufficient. Do not entertain any doubts thereafter. Regard your Wudhu and Salah to be valid.[1]
If one has a doubt without any proof, that is Waswasah (whispers of shaytan). You should ignore such doubts.
Rasullullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) said:
إِنَّ لِلْوُضُوءِ شَيْطَانًا يُقَالُ لَهُ الْوَلْهَانُ فَاتَّقُوا وَسْوَاسَ الْمَاءِ
Translation: "Indeed there is a Shaitan for Wudhu who is called Al-Walahaan. So, beware of having misgivings about water." (Tirmidhi-57)
From the above Hadith, we ascertain that Shaytaan tries to cause unnecessary doubts in a person's mind. One should not pay heed to these whisperings of Shaytaan. If one falls into this trap of Shaytaan, his Deen will become difficult for him.
Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) said,
إن الدين يسر، ولن يشاد الدين إلا غلبه، فسددوا وقاربوا وأبشروا، واستعينوا بالغدوة والروحة وشيء من الدلجة
Translation: "Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) said, the religion (of Islam) is easy, and whoever makes the religion a rigour, it will overpower him. So, follow a middle course (in worship) ..."
(Bukhari-145)
Shaytan is trying to make your Deen difficult for you. Remember, his purpose is to mislead and deceive the true believing slaves of Almighty Allah.
Almighty Allah does not take one to task for the involuntary thoughts that come across his mind. In fact, in your situation, you will be rewarded for striving against such thoughts.
Focus on executing each posture in Salah correctly. This will result in you acquiring more Khushoo' and Khudoo'. Also, pray to Allah in all earnestness and ask him to remove this difficulty of yours.
