Is being a Hafiz a requirement to do Saba Qirat?
Question
Salam, do you have to be a hafiz to do saba qari or can you be a non hafiz, jzk
Answer
In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu 'alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
Saba Qirat is a science of the various modes of reciting Quran. It is not a requirement for a person to be a Hafiz to do Saba Qirat.
