A representative from AYA financial contacted the Darul Iftaa regarding their home-buying scheme. We are currently in touch with one of their members and we will be communicating the concerns we have regarding their product.

At present, the previous fatwa regarding AYA financial stands. The product is not shariah-compliant. We will make further considerations if AYA makes the necessary changes to their product.
