Question

Salam. My question is that if a widow opens an account in national savings bank of pakistan and takes profit from behbood savings certificate. It is pure halal?

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

We advise you to consult a Muftī in Pakistan and ask them regarding the profits accrued from the behbood savings certificate.
