Can my wife do this act with me?

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

Such acts should be avoided.  It is against the dignity of a believer. A person uses his/ her mouth to recite the noble Quran, do zikr and other acts of worship.  It is not appropriate to use the same mouth for such acts.
