Is there a Du'aa for conceiving a baby girl?

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

At the outset, it is important to understand that it is Allah Ta’ala who grants children. It is He who grants male offspring and it is He who grants female offspring. Consider the following verse:

يَهَبُ لِمَنْ يَشَاءُ إِنَاثًا وَيَهَبُ لِمَنْ يَشَاءُ الذُّكُورَ أَوْ يُزَوِّجُهُمْ ذُكْرَانًا وَإِنَاثًا وَيَجْعَلُ مَنْ يَشَاءُ عَقِيمًا إِنَّهُ عَلِيمٌ قَدِيرٌ(سورة الشوري:49-50)

Translation: He grants to whomever He so wills female offspring and He grants to whomever He so wills male offspring. Or He bestows (upon some) both males and females. And He makes barren whomever He so wills. Indeed, He is All-Knowing, All-mighty. ( Surah-Ash-Shooraa: 49-50)

There is no special du’aa for male or female offspring. You may make your own du’aa after the daily Salaahs for a female child. Allah Ta’ala is the one who granted you two baby boys and so He can also grant you a baby girl.

We make du’aa that Allah Ta’ala bless you with a righteous child who will be a means of the coolness of your eyes. Aameen.
