Can I perform Hajj on behalf of a deceased person even if nothing was stated in his Will or he did not leave a Will & this person never performed Hajj in his lifetime?

If he did not make a bequest for the performance of Hajj, Hajj on his behalf
cannot be performed from his estate. However, if you wish, you may perform a
Nafl Hajj on his behalf as a form of Isaal-e-Thawaab.
