Can one divorce a woman before Nikah please tell me what is ruling according to Hanafi fiqh.

Answer

Divorce is to terminate a marriage. If there is no marriage, there is simply
no divorce. However, if the divorce was conditional on the marriage, then
its validity depends upon the type of the condition.
