If I missed the Isha Jamat and slept early got in the night by around 1-2.00 PM and prayed Isha can I continue with Tahajjud and finish it up with Wajibulvitr at last.

Answer

It is correct to perform Tahajjud after performing Esha salaah in the middle
of the night.
