is hajj obligatory on a woman who`s husband has the money to cover for both his and his wife`s hajj expenses?

Answer

If the woman herself does not own the money, the Haj is not Fardh upon her.
However the husband may take her along with him for Haj. If he does so, her
fardh Haj will be fulfilled.
