Is it stealing to get tv service & not pay?

Question

My friend can connect me to get sattelite & cable tv without subcribimg. Is this stealing? He says tv is haraam anyway.

Answer

Your friend should be reminded of the common phrase, "two wrongs don't make
a right". Nevertheless, it is also haraam (strictly prohibited) to steal
anything that is haraam. Surely your friend will not steal alcohol and
drink it.
