What Islamic tertiary institutions are thre in the world and how many are there in SA? Are the ones in SA affiliated to international ones?

I work in the construction engineering field and we are looking at the development of an Islamic University in Cape Town.

Unfortunately, we do not have statistics on hand on the number of tertiary
Islamic institutions in the world or in South Africa.
