Salaam, does a person have cover every spot of a particular part with water in making wudhu. wasalaam.
Answer
In order for wudhu to be valid,
a) every portion of the face from the forehead till the chin, one earlobe to the other,
b) both hands till the elbows (elbows included),
c) both feet till the ankles,
must be covered and washed with water.
If any portion from the above three is left dry, the wudhu will not be
valid.
