Standard Bank Finance Lease Vehicle

Question

As salaamu alaykum

Standard bank offers a finance lease vehicle finance where at the end you may return the car, take ownership or extend the lease. Will this be permissible?

Secondly is Absa Islamic vehicle finance permissible?
