If I get A score for biopsychology lesson, I will do Sujud to Allah
Question
I made a nadhr "If I get A score for biopsychology lesson, I will do sujud to Allah" in front of my friend and then added "and you will be the witness, okay?". What I meant from that nadhr is, if I get A score for my biopsychology midtest/end of the semester score, I will do sujud to Allah. And by the witness, what I meant is my friend act as the witness of my spoken nadhr, not the witness of my sujud if my nadhr is fulfilled. But I'm afraid that my spoken nadhr might be written as it is, thus I have to perform sujud to Allah while my friend is watching me. Note that that friend of mine is a nonmuslim so it might be awkward to ask her to witness my sujud. Can I change my nadhr to a better prayer doings?

As-salaamu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullaahi wa-barakaatuh
Your statement “if you get an A score for biopsychology lesson, then you will do sujūd to Allah” falls under the category of nadhr. Therefore, if you score an A for your biopsychology exam, then it will be compulsory for you to fulfill the Sujūd.[1]There is no need to do the Sajdah in front of your friend.[2]
