Should one give Dawat to who is reciting Qur’an?

Question

In the effort of Dawah and Tabligue, at times during jamaat the elders will ask me to give dawah to a person in the masjid reading Quran. Is this tarteeb correct? as reading Quran is one if the most virtuous act, so I feel wrong disturbing him to give dawah.

Jazakallah

Answer

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

It is not appropriate for one to make Salam or give Dawat to a person reciting the Qur’an.
