Will this count as a second Marriage
Question
If woman Maryam married impotent man and later on she got divorce
The only thing she indulged was foreplay . ..
So now she's remarry ing ... So in paper shall she give ad in 2 marriage or 1 marriage

However, in principle, Maryam is remarrying after her first marriage, so it is her second marriage.
