If a woman is has one talaq from her husband does he have the right to refuse her permission to perform her Haj. Her Brother is taking her. Does the husband have the right to refuse permission.
Answer
When a female is given one Talaaq, then she has to observe the Iddat.
It is not permissible for her to go for Hajj until she completes her Iddat.
She may go for Hajj only if she completed her Iddat. Upon the termination of
the Iddat, the Nikah bond is severed. The ex-husband has no rights over his
divorced wife.
