Aslamaliekum. I have a question. Are the works of maulana ashraf thanvi a complete hujjah upon deobandis?

Hadhrat Hakeem-ul-Ummah Ashraf Ali Thanwi Rahimahullah was a prolific author, reformer and spiritual mentor. His works are indeed reliable and widely accepted among Ahlus-Sunnah Wal-Jamaat Scholars.

What do you mean by “complete hujjah”?
