Is it permissible for a man not to get married if he feels that he would not make a good husband or be able to fulfill all the needs of his wife?
Answer
If a person is unable to control his desires, and fears he will engage in a
Haraam act, then it is compulsory upon him to marry if he has the means to
do so.
