Drunkard husband and domestic violence
Question
Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatahu.
My question is regarding my sister, married at the age of 15 , now her age is 24. She has 2 children 8 year old daughter and 4 year old son. Her husband has been a drunkard since the marriage time , he does domestic voilence everyday , even attempted for murder twice.In the 3rd attempt to kill her she managed to escape from the home and reached my home. We have applied for a Khula now, I would like to know will she get any compensation for her and her children as per Shariah law.
