Disposing Zam Zam Water

Question

I have 6 year old zamzam water (in small bottle of plastic ) in my house which someone gave me.

I do not wish to drink it now as its six years have passed n it is stored in plastic bottle. What can I do with it now.

Answer

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

Zam-Zam water is most respected and revered. Every drop of Zam-Zam is valuable. There is nothing wrong in drinking old Zam-Zam water. Do not deprive yourself of drinking Zam-Zam water. You may consider mixing the Zam-Zam water with normal water or juice and drink it.
