Assalaam o alaikum,I saw a snake in my dreams couple of times who bit me on my right arm..it doesn't painful.IN other pious person says me to read surahKausar . Pls tell the meaning of these dream?

The snake implies an enemy.

Insha Allah, you will be given internal strength against your enemy. We
advise you give Sadaqah (charity) as that is effective in repelling any
possible danger or harm.
