Answer

Baaqir (Arabic) - from the root word, 'Baqara' meaning to open, widen,
broaden, make spacious, etc.

Baaqir, being the active form when used as a title or name could mean,
hospitable (makes spacious for guests), etc. when used as an attribute it
could also mean possessing wide knowledge and great wealth.
