Please advise if Sajda Sahu should be performed for the following 4 cases, If one makes a (1) mistake (2) forgets (A) during the first 3 Ayats? (B) after the first 3 Ayats?

Question

all relating to the recitation of Qiraat after Surath Fatiha.

Answer

There is no Sajda-e-Sahw when one makes a mistake in Qiraat or forgets the
Qiraat.

#17448I usually forget the sajda e sahu in namaz when it is desired so after praying my final rakaat i again do sajda e sahu ie when i finally pray the fardh or sunnat or nafal.Is my salat accepted?
