Inshallah, my husband and I are planning on beginning an overseas 5-7 year alim course together.Is the use of birth control in this situation permissible? Jazakullah Khairun.

Question

Inshallah, we will be migrating to another country and we will make the dar-ul-uloom our residence for the next 5-7 years. Is birth control permissible for this situation? Not only will we be in a foreign land, I will be studying as well, so two obstacles face us. Jazakullah Khairun.
