Using Mobikwik cashback
Question
My question is regarding the Mobikwik wallet (e-wallet) service availible in India. Mobikwik offers various cashbacks for making online transactions or recharges /bill payments through their wallet. The cashback amount (called supercash) however is kept separate from the main wallet amount and can be used with following conditions :
1) Only 10% of the supercash amount can be used in a single transaction.
2) The total transaction amount should be at least Rs 100 to avail the 10% supercash.
3) Supercash will expire if not used within 5 months.
4) Supercash can be used for maximum of three transactions in a day and 21 in a month.
With these terms and conditions is it permissible to avail and use the cashback (supercash).

The cashback amount (super cash) offered through the use of Mobikwik wallet with the conditions in reference is regarded as a gift and it is permissible.[1]
