Inheritance Query

Question

I Have a question on inheritance

i have one daughter , i have no sons , i am not married , my parents are late , i have 2 brothers and 2 sisters

how will my estate be divided 

Answer

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

If in the eventuality of your demise, you are survived by the following heirs:

  • Ø Daughter
  • Ø Brother
  • Ø Brother
  • Ø Sister
  • Ø Sister

Your estate will be divided as follows:
