What is the meaning of Arabic word "yashuroon"and how is the name Yasher?

Answer

'Yash'uroon' is an Arabic word meaning, to realise, to be aware, etc.

We are not aware of the word, 'Yasher'. Probably, it may be spelt and
pronounced as 'Yash'ur' with same meaning as above.
