Ajrul or Ajrullah
Question
Assalamu alaikum....my father choosed my name Mohamed ajrul but when I was joint school then my teacher changed mistaken my name is mohamed Ajrullah extra (lah)...this is ok or not. And what is the meaning of my name mohamed ajrul or mohamed ajrullah which is the best name for me ustadh...jazakallah khairen

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
The name “Ajrul” has an incomplete meaning.
“Ajrullah” means reward from Allah.[1]
We advise you to keep the name Mohamed Ajrullah.

والأَجْر: الثَّوَابُ؛ وَقَدْ أَجَرَه اللَّهُ يأْجُرُه ويأْجِرُه أَجْراً وآجَرَه اللَّهُ إِيجاراً.
