Does “Istinja” invalidate one’s fast?

Question

Asalam-e-kum I have question regarding istinja is it correct to wash the channel (uretea) of penis or without washing it and it invalid the fast or not.

Answer

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

“Istinja” of the front private parts does not invalidate one’s fast.
