Speaking in the toilet

Question

I have problem to think and speak in washroom/toilet. Sometimes islamic talk. I used to recite dua before entering toilet and cover my head too. But still this problem is not going. Please help me to get out of it.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

Your question is not clear. A sane person thinks all the time including in the toilets.

We do not understand what you mean by speaking and talking. Kindly clarify in detail.
