Is it permissible to seek an intermediary between you and Allah? Forexample, one prays to a Saint to seek Allah's pleasure for him?

Answer

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

According to the Ahlus Sunnah Wal Jamaa`, Waseela, seeking Allah's help through the medium of saintly persons and visiting their graves is permissible. Both aspects are proven from Shari'ah.
