slmz mufti! plz inform me what are the consequences for performing nikah twice with the same person e.g in september a small nikah & another in december!

Question

an individual had ran away from home and performed nikah with this person without her parents consent! thereafter a wedding was held and another nikah took place! plz inform me on this!

Answer

If the conditions of Nikah were fulfilled then that Nikah was valid.

There was no need for the second Nikah. However, there are no consequences
of the second Nikah.
