Question
I am working in a software company. And my client is Insurance company. My job is to design and develop software for the client. Is it permissible to work in such situation. Please advise.

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuhu
Since you are directly involved in developing and designing insurance based systems and software, your job for the insurance company will be impermissible.
