The fast does not get nullified by semen coming out without ones actions
Question
Assalamualaikum,
I wanted to ask if the fast breaks if drops of semen come out? this was unintentionally for a man and not touching the private parts.

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, The Most Merciful.
As-salaamu `alaykum wa-rahmatullahi wa-barakatuh.
The fast will not be nullified in the above mentioned situation.[1]
And Allah Ta`ala Knows Best.

فكذلك آخره يوضحه أن الشروع في الصوم يكون عند طلوع الفجر فاقتران المجامعة بطلوع الفجر يمنع صحة الشروع في الصوم فيلزمه القضاء وفي حق الناسي شروعه في الصوم صحيح، ولم يوجد بعده ما يفسد الصوم فلهذا لا يلزمه القضاء، ولم يذكر في الكتاب أنه بعد ما نزع نفسه لو أمنى هل يلزمه القضاء أم لا؟
قال: - رضي الله عنه - والصحيح أنه لا يفسد صومه؛ لأن مجرد خروج المني لا يفسد الصوم،
