Actual spoken words of Prophets (peace unto them) in Qur'an?

Question

When Allah quotes a previous Nabi as making a statement, (such as SurahAl-Ma'idah 5:114 when Isa said, 'O Allah, our Lord! Send us from theheaven...')Is this the actual words of the Nabi -the Nabi spoke these exactwords in Arabic- or is Allah conveying the meaning of the Nabi's words.
