Can a male person who committed adultery sin marry to any female?

Question

Can a male person who committed adultery sin marry to any female? There is an opinion that he can marry with only a non-muslim or the female with who he had committed that sin. What is the fatwaa on this issue?

Answer

It is permissible for a Muslim male who committed adultery to marry a chaste
Muslim female. The Nikah will be valid.
