Salaam respected mufti Sahab, how do we know that which alcohol is extracted form what source and which ones are synthatic and is denatured alcohol ok to use?

Salaam respected Mufti Sahab,i came to know it through you that perfumes containing alcohol extracted from dates and grapes is haram and should not be used but how should we know which one is extracted from what? And which ones are synthatic alcohols? I use one which has alcohol denat (denatured alcohol), is it ok if i use this one? Please help me out with this problem. Wassalaam

Answer

If the perfume does not state the type of alcohol used in it, that may be
enquired from the manufacturer of the perfume.
