SA succession law differs from Islamic law of succession.CAn the two be reconciled?

Answer

The Islamic Laws of Succession and Inheritance are Divine and different from the SA Laws of Succession and Inheritance. They cannot be reconciled. and Allah Ta'ala Knows Best Mufti Ebrahim Desai FATWA DEPT.
