Designing a web application for a Spa and beauty Salon

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

It is permissible to design and develop a web application for a Hair Spa and Beauty Salon. ^[1]

If the services of Hair Spa and Beauty Salon are against Shariah, for example cutting and trimming hair etc, then the burden of the sin will be on them.

ویب سایٹ پر اشتہار کلک کرنے کی اجرت لینا:

ویب سائٹ سے استفادہ کے لئے ایک ہزار روپیہ جمع کرنا ایک مستقل معاملہ ہے جو فی نفسہٖ درست ہے، اس کے بعد کمپنی سے اس ویب سائٹ پر متعین اشتہارات کا کلک کرنے پر ہر ہفتہ جو اجرت ملتی ہے، اگر شرط کے مطابق یہ معاملہ ناجائز باتوں سے متعلق ہو (جیسا کہ آج کل عام معمول ہے کہ اشتہارات میں عریاں تصاویر لگائی جاتی ہیں) تو گناہ پر تعاون کی وجہ سے یہ عمل جائز نہ ہوگا، ایسے معاملات سے مسلمانوں کو بچنا لازم ہے۔ اور اگر ایسے اشتہارات ہیں جن میں کوئی ناجائز بات شامل نہیں، تو حسبِ شرط اُن پر کلک کرنے پر متعینہ اُجرت لینا درست ہے۔
