Wants to leave homeland and marry a non-Kashmiri
Question
I've 2 Questions mentioned below:- 1:- How's the Use of social networking , web designing etc. To propagate The message of Haq, where time is bounded. example One hour for this everyday & remaing 23 for sleep & Study process.. rather , the Use of Media (books , newspaper) for same purpose. 2;- I'm 17 yrs old and I want To marry studying in the field of Computer Technology under guidelines of some Ulama-E-Deoband. I want To marry a girl who's a Hafiz of Holy Qura'n and isn't Kashmiri. So for this I would have To leave Kashmir , as already I feel more boring day To day here and I remain ill here.... Is it permisible for me To leave my hometown and To reside in Deoband. etc.
