Sunnah of Hairstyle?

Question

Q-1,My question is ,what is the sunnah of hair style,i see most of the akabir does not have girda,but nowadays youngster have girda hair style, most of the time not by the intention of sunnah,its to make thier looks,& they even degrade others who were not having girda hair,please clarify the level of imortance of girda hair.

Please clarify the meaning of the word ‘girda’.
