I am expecting, alhamdulillah, and very undecided about allowing my child to be immunised after birth. What is the opinion of most ulama? What does Mufti saab advise?

Answer

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

It is permissible to immunise. It is not necessary to do so. This is a medical related issue. Seek the advice of your medical practitioner.
