The Name 'Muhammed Abdullah Fawwaz'
Question
My dear Shaykh, I kept the name Muhammad Abdullah al Fawwaz for my baby boy with doing akika. I would like to know if the name Fawwaz is a suitable name and if not can it be changed. If you kindly provide me with the Arabic spelling of the full name I kept for my baby. Requesting for your du'a for my child and for my family.

The name Muhammed Abdullah Fawwaz is a suitable name for your son.
The Arabic spelling of the full name is:
فَوّاز محمّد عبد الله : فوّاز;means “winner” “successful”. It is derived from the root word فوز “to win”, “to be successful”.
