is it permissable to translate Duas into English?
Question
assalaamu alaikum
i would like to now if it is allowed to write english transliteration along with the arabic text for duas
just as in taleemul haq
a mufti saab from deoband told me it is not allowed and gives proof from fatawa mahmoodiyah jild 3 safaa 512
i am in doubt because never heard this from any ulema from south africa or england

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, The Most Merciful.
As-salaamu `alaykum wa-ramatullahi wa-barakatuh.
It is permissible to transliterate duas along with the Arabic text to assist those who cannot read Arabic.[1]
And Allah Ta`ala Knows Best.
