Can you please tell me the name of Moses' (AS) mother and his sister.

Answer

There is difference of opinion concerning her name (Moosa?s (Alayhis salaam) mother). However, Yukha bin Laawiy is mention in Tafseer Mazhari (vol.9 pg.89; Darul Ishaat)

As far as his sister?s name is concerned, it was Kulthum. (Tafseer Jalaalayn pg.327)
