I would like to know if u miss a sajdah in the Taraweeh Salaat, do we have to repeat the 2 Rakaats?
Question
I would like to know if u miss a sajdah in the taraweeh salaat, do u have to
repeat the 2rakaats? (Taraweeh in jaamaat) it was realized after the
taraweeh but then there was a difference of opinion between the 2 ulama of
that locality, a day has now passed since that night taraweeh.. So please
can u provide a clear answer for us.

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
In the enquired situation, the 2 Rakaats Taraweeh did not have to be repeated[1]
Istighfaar should be made for leaving out the Sajdah.
