Can a ma'zoor lead taraweeh?

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh

In principle, it is not permissible for a Ma’zoor to lead the congregation in Taraweeh Salaah.
